About the role
You will design or review designs of electrical systems or features of projects, including drawings, design analysis, technical provisions of specification, and cost estimates. You will apply government and industry standards and establish and enforce technical and operational standards that will optimize efficiencies in demand for the use of electrical energy facilities. You will perform technical reviews of electrical, communication, and control systems design to ensure compliance with energy efficiency objectives and electrical codes and standards. You will assist in the development, interpretation and application of electrical energy efficiency standards and applications. You will plan, program, design, and manage expansion and improvements to energy management and control system (EMCS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) hardware, software, and infrastructure.
