Replenishment Specialist NF2

Supports the store replenishment effort through coordinating general inventory and merchandise flow, partnering with Sales Managers to ensure replenishment is executed in a systematic, on-brand way. Ensures backroom standards are maintained. Responsible for coaching the activities of the replenishment team involved in the receipt, inspection, quality control, ticketing, picking, consolidation, storage, merchandise display, stocking, price marking and packing of merchandise in and out of the storage facilities. Reports to the Store Manager, Operations Manager, Backroom Manager or Sales Manager. Executes corporate backroom standards program to include physically inspecting merchandise, maintaining a high efficiency of the receiving, marking and checking process, movement of merchandise to the sales floor and the accurate flow of merchandise through all backroom functions.
