About the role
Executive Director and Program Manager to the Commander, plans, organizes, and oversees the day-to[1]day support activities that the FSG provides to the Joint Base San Antonio Operating Locations. Provides higher level management direction to subordinate FSG squadrons with such varied functions as Civilian Personnel, Military Personnel, Manpower, Non-Appropriated Funds, Education, Force Development, Drug Demand, Army Family Covenant and all Services Functions for all Joint Base San Antonio's four major operating locations that include Lackland AFB, Ft. Sam, Randolph AFB and Camp Bullis with responsibilities over 11 separate functioning locations i.e, Medina and Canyon Lake and coordination with over 211 Mission Partners Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. With the FSG Commander, directs, coordinates, and oversees the work of more than 2,429 personnel through subordinate supervisors.
