CONSTRUCTION CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE

Monitors and controls major segments of a variety of difficult and complex project plans and specifications. Maintains surveillance over complicated structures involving highly complex construction problems. Determines need for project changes, estimates cost, and develops project modifications. Serves as liaison between the contracting officer and the project engineer. Performs as point of contact in all matters related to projects for which responsibility has been assigned.
