Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serves as an analyst and/or advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of a substantive program and its operations or a key segment of a broader major mission critical program, including support for training coordination activities. Develops, drives management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and program effectiveness across assigned program areas, including training coordination processes. Evaluates and redesigns administrative and operational processes, including meetings, training coordination, reporting, and program coordination, and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyzes and interprets complex administrative documentation and program data related to personnel, budget, and operations, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
