About the role

The Client Success Manager will be a trusted advisor to their client portfolio and needs to understand the client’s strategic goal to develop opportunities. Focusing on developing long term partnerships and relationships, the Client Success Manager will form a direct relationship and provide the client with timely value propositions, guiding and advising the clients to an integrated status through consultative selling. Identify opportunities and a deep understanding of our offering. Confidence in selling appropriate service and solutions to help client deliver company goals. A Client Success Manager will communicate well with all levels and articulate the “Voice of the Customer” clearly within the Navan business.
