Supervisory General Engineer / Supervisory Architect

Lead OBO's development of A/E standards and codes to ensure that the proper expertise is considered and host nation and departmental requirements are addressed. Authorize pilot projects where appropriate, assess results, implement promising solutions into OBO operations, and develop new/revised technical standards, policies, and business processes to incorporate them. Develop goals and objectives that integrate Division and OBO objectives and establish policies and procedures for accomplishment of the Office's mission. Manage workflow, ensure timely completion of tasks throughout the Department (and the interagency) and accurate, complete responses to internal and external Department demands, and provide for professional development of staff. Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for PSCs assigned to the Division, and exercise delegated COR authority for 3rd party contractors, engineering services contracts and functional programs.
