Product Manager

OVERVIEW As a Product Manager at Phia, you’ll drive execution for user-facing product features across the platform. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to define requirements, prioritize work, and ship features from concept through launch and iteration. You’ll be responsible for translating product goals into clear specs, managing day-to-day execution, and using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
