About the role

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is: To be the single point of contact for designing, developing, and evaluating Air Force Medical Services (AFMS Readiness training courses, instructional materials, and measurement devices through the analysis of educational or instructional problems or questions. Serves as Medical Readiness and Faculty Development Training Flight Chief of the 59 Training Support Squadron, Medical Readiness Training Campus. Responsible for supervising, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over subordinate employee(s) assigned to the AFMS Training Development element. Provides technical and administrative supervision to the limited number of staff (typically less than five positions with at least one civilian) in the AFMS Training Development element, duties requiring less than 25% of work time. DUTIES: Plans, organizes, and oversees training development, design, delivery, and execution training provided by the 59th Training Support Squad
