PROGRAM MANAGER (BERTHING & MESSING)

You will provide strategic and comprehensive direction, oversite and overall management of the Berthing and Messing Program. You will develop implementing procedures, coordination processes, and planning guidance that translate directives into consistent execution across multiple commands. You will establish measurable outcomes and readiness metrics to assess program performance and resource utilization. You will recommend updates to policy, procedures, and business practices based on lessons learned, inspection findings, and operational feedback.
