Supervisory Health Systems Specialist

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the department. Provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Provide comprehensive oversight of all Patient Administration activities. Resolve employee complaints and refer serious unresolved complaints to higher level management. Recognize and take action to correct situations posing a threat to the health or safety of subordinates. Ensure proper management of fiscal, personnel, equipment, and space resources supporting patient administration operations.
