SUPERVISORY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST

You will serve as the program manager and principal advisor to the Department Director in the review, coordination, evaluation, and development of policies, plans, programs, and procedures governing SWRMC’s environmental programs. You will develop short and long-range forecast necessary for planning, programming, and budgeting for SWRMC’s environmental requirements. You will oversee SWRMC’s review of environmental compliance and protection, documents, including investigations and other nonconformance’s within contractual requirements. You will provide technical and administrative guidance to the professional staff, as they relate to environmental requirements and contractual guidance. You will prepare, mentor and conduct staff civilian performance appraisals and identifies required corrective actions. You will serve as senior environmental professional and the Manager for the Environmental Community of Interest. You will make recommendations for decisions concerning SWRMC’s environment
