Protection Operations Specialist

The selectee will serve as a Protection Operations Specialist in the Office of Field Operations, Newark Field Office. Typical work assignments include: Providing advice to management on logistics and operational security in support of protective operations and related security functions for protective events. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and dissemination of protective information relating to trips of assigned protective details and to exchange information in preparation of logistic planning regarding visits. Maintaining liaison to ensure proper staffing of manpower for visiting protectees, establishing reporting instructions for each detail in include notifying personnel where and when to report, hotel accommodations, and scheduled hours for each proactive visit.
