Health System Specialist

Identify opportunities and execute improvements for increased integration in program and patient care. Evaluate quantitative factors presented in contractor cost and technical proposals by providing analyses. Coordinate policy changes affecting TRICARE private sector care contracts. Assess contractor and government agency activities in support of the delivery of contracted customer service Develop written directions and supports the Contracting Officers' Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer with selected contract changes. Recommend acceptance or rejection of waivers and/or deviations from the scope or statement of work.
