About the role
Responsible for oversight of the design, development and/or evaluation for the Programs of Instructions (POIs)on: Combat Paramedic Program (68W-3P), the Critical Care Flight Paramedic Program (68W-F2), and the Paramedic Recertification course. Develops and prepares lesson plans and instructional materials and program evaluations as required for military occupational specialties and departmental training to meet AHS, MEDCoE and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) requirements. Prepares and conducts lectures, practical exercises and small group instruction directed towards clinical situations in relationship to combat trauma and critical care paramedic in areas of concern to the students. Supervises and directs the development of the CPB individual training courses and products taught in residence and distributed to the field.
