RESOURCE ANALYST

Manages program requirements and budgets across multiple appropriations. Conducts financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal compliance and strategic alignment of resources and oversees budget execution to ensure mission success. Leads the budget formulation process by developing and justifying financial plans.
