About the role
You will weld repetitive items such as engine and aircraft parts. You will select proper size and type of electrodes or welding rods for type of weld. You will operate electric resistance welding machines, setting proper heat range, etc. You will observe safety measures and takes precaution against fire. You will be required to exercise care to avoid excessive warping. You will weld a variety of metal thicknesses.
