Supervisory Program Manager (BIAD Director)

Anticipate organizational needs/problems, provide timely, effective advice and guidance to those executing the mission, and their stakeholders, on improving the management and operational needs of the organization. Ensures that the work of the Division complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets agency or customer needs. Collaborates with the workforce to collect, consolidate, and analyze data in order to develop, prepare, and update comprehensive reports, charts, graphics, and presentations. Responsible for all Business Analytics/Intelligence and Management Information Technology needs. Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide analytical support for tracking and measuring project outcomes and objectives for analytics.
