PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans, organizes, and directs the Warfighter Communications and Cyber Systems Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities by applying Air Force military space/cyberspace operations expertise. Serves as technical expert at the Secretary of the Air Force/Air Staff level on Warfighter Communications and Cyber Systems PPBE processes and requirements prioritization. Serves as the principal advisor and lead expert for PPBE execution as directed by the SECDEF, JCS, SECAF, and Congressional mandates. Maintains a continuous liaison with other Air Staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices to integrate Air Force PPBE support actions. Prepares and presents high level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
