About the role
The position operates within the Office of the Administrator/Chief Operating Officer ("A") and supports the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of projects, initiatives, and operational activities across divisions. The incumbent maintains visibility into the status of key initiatives, identifies risks and dependencies and provides leadership with consolidated reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making. In this position, you will: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budget, Monitor project progress and adjust implementation strategies to esnuure alignment with strategic goals.
