About the role
Monitor and analyze program-level financial obligations, budget execution, and resource allocation to ensure expenditures align with established budgetary policies and program goals. Collect, analyze, and report on key construction program metrics (e.g., Work in Place (WIP), schedule variance, cost growth, and safety) to assess overall program performance and health. Provide expert construction engineering and management advisory services to support the overall construction program, including business processes, specification reviews, budget allocation, and resource management. Lead efforts in developing scopes of work, preparing independent government estimates (IGEs), and performing technical evaluations for post-award construction support contracts. Participate in and/or lead source selection boards. Actively engage on Echelon II, III, or IV teams to improve processes, revise policies, and enhance the delivery of construction projects.
