About the role
The duties of this position include: Develop, prepare, and/or review plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction and/or proposed/ongoing projects; Review designs for compliance with current industry practices and ensure designs fit field conditions; Use a variety of contracting processes to provide engineering oversight for construction, architecture, or engineering contracts; Team with engineers to analyze research and testing requirements and objectives to plan, implement, and configure experiments; interprets extensive, incomplete, or conflicting data.
