Strategic Planning and Exercise Specialist

Serve as a strategic planning and exercise specialist, participating in internal agency planning to provide a trained and ready reserve force, while also evaluating and advising on the impact of major DoD policy changes. Oversee Joint Reserve Force policy and governance, develop and update internal communications consistent with leadership guidance to support the agency's global logistics mission. Provide analysis of proposed policies on agency relationships and develop new concepts and business processes to address complex joint reserve military support requirements, including performance indicators and OPLAN supportability. Develop, coordinate, and support the execution of selected Defense Logistics Agency Joint Training Plan (JTP) exercises, working across DLA commands to implement the plan and integrate military reserve experts.
