Government Information Specialist (SENIOR FOIA REVIEWER)

As a/an Government Information Specialist (SENIOR FOIA REVIEWER), you will: Ensure that all FOIA and PA cases processed by other Government Information Specialists are processed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidance. Ensure that all letters (response, submitter, determination and referral) are concise, accurate, complete and devoid of spelling and grammar errors. Keep track of time spent on FOIA and PA case processing for the purpose of reporting upon completion of a case and for OFAC's annual report. Perform analysis of FOIA and PA matters, policies, and regulations in relation to the quality assurance reviews performed, and develops detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of the quality review process, including the development of criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
