LEAD RECREATION ASSISTANT

Serves as the liaison between management and front line customer service staff to ensure the effective communication of policies, procedures and operational processes. Assists management with developing effective tools to execute a quality customer service program and efficient and organized customer service desk areas at multiple recreation locations. Assists management with developing or maintaining Operating Instructions and customer guidelines in accordance with current AF, State and local regulatory guidance. Performs daily oversight of the customer service areas and reports problems promptly to management. Performs management/supervisor duties in the absence of the Supervisory Recreation Specialists. When direct??d, serves as the non-supervisory Recreation Specialist for continuity in the development and executi
