At the full performance level, major duties include: Assists in developing new practices and techniques that will result in a more effective and efficient accounting and report process. Develops analytical, accounting or financial reports in response to special assignments and requests. Prepares worksheets and schedules to support financial statements, analytical reports, trial balances, and reconciliations. Structures necessary papers, schedules, and supporting documentation when reporting results of studies or analyses. Independently approaches, plans and coordinates work projects and assignments, identifies and resolves problems which may adversely impact the completion of assignments and develops recommendations, as necessary.
