Management and Program Analyst (Deployment)

Major Duties: Conducts in-depth studies of data derived from EHRM-IO systems reporting and applies statistical methods and techniques directed toward operational improvements. Analyze and interpret policies, audit recommendations, and inspection findings to resolve problems and improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of operations. Present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address issues, desired outcomes when composing the material. Identifies problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors that can affect performance and customer service. Track and report on the status of compliance activities and audit findings to EHRM-IO pillar leadership. Interacts with project teams and task managers to update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
