SECURITY ASSISTANT (OA)

You will manage and control the use of the vehicle fleet by dispatching and retrieving assigned vehicles and by tracking the mileage and usage of vehicles, ensuring administrative paperwork is completed on each vehicle prior to and after its use. You will dispatch, manage and maintain vehicle fleet to include controlling, issuing, retrieving vehicles and maintaining accountability of equipment assigned to each vehicle. You will receive, process, copy ad distribute incident complaint reports; process Privacy Act requests and Freedom of Information Act requests. You will register vehicles aboard the installation and issue appropriate vehicle access passes. You will receive and process Sponsored Visitor Forms. You will process contractors/vendors for local business/contractor base access passes, history of pass issuance to ensure that the individual is authorized short term access to the installation. You will ensure proper records storage safeguards are in place and records are archived/
