SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

1. Exercises 2nd level (or higher) technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more during duty time. 2. Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies all financial management laws and regulations as established by Congress, DoD, and Air Force. 3. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with multiple organizations and agencies. 4. Continually assesses the quality of the programs managed to assure regulatory and technical integrity and identify improvements to enhance quality.
