Human Resources Specialist (LMER Special Program Manager)

Serves as the designated point of contact for awards program, managing program planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination, while guiding the submission and coordination of award packages for leadership. Collects, compiles, and analyzes information gathered from various sources to develop meaningful program data and reports for presentation to and use by senior leaders, supervisors, and colleagues. Coordinator of special agency programs (Awards, EAP, Retirement Training), ensuring all administrative and directional oversight is executed with a focus on meeting the needs and providing direct support to agency employees and leadership. Formulating and presenting recommendations to enhance program operations, update policies, and improve overall productivity based on data-driven evaluation. Applies comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and federal law to advise on and successfully manage complex projects.
