About the role

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), Sensitive Activities Branch (J3X2). Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Sensitive Activities Branch, ensuring that all Sensitive Activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Serves as a key representative of the command in engagements with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure mission success.
