Management & Program Analyst

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and analyze data associated with productivity, quality indicators, and clinical performance measures to ensure the service line meets its strategic goals. This involves independently analyzing activities within Mental Health Outpatient and Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Programs (MHRRTP) to identify trends, conduct "deep dives" into data, and develop creative recommendations to improve operational efficiency. The analyst is expected to act with a high degree of independence, though they will collaborate closely with the Medical Management Specialist and senior Program Analyst on service-level action plans and performance improvement initiatives.
