Med Instr Tech (Polysomn)

The incumbent will perform patient care duties in sleep medicine (home sleep apnea testing, CPAP clinics, PAP mask fittings, PAP device downloading and programming, polysomnography scoring, MSLT and PAP nap testing) and additional Lead Technician functions which will include but is not limited to: Distribute and balance the workload among technicians that they will be leading, with established work flow or job specialization, assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload, and assure efficient, high quality and compassionate patient care. that each employee has enough work to keep them busy. Track the status and progress of work among technicians that they will be leading, and make day-to-day adjustments, obtaining assistance from the supervisor on problems that may arise, such as backlogs which cannot be completed promptly.
