About the role
1. The Air Force focal point for and subject matter expert on pipeline classification process of non-prior service enlisted accessions. 2. Oversees and approves the selection of trainees for special processing, sensitive skills, and Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs). 3. Provides technical/administrative supervision to subordinates who are responsible for job classification/assignment of all Air Force enlistees. 4. Writes/endorses annual and other evaluation reports, to include performance feedback, on both civilian and military personnel assigned. 5. Functions as a classification statistician for all issues relating to job screening, placement, and initial assignment actions on non-prior service enlisted accessions.
