SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC)

You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. You will review IS and IT programs to assess overall compliance with plans and policies and alignment with business and operational requirements. You will interpret laws, regulations and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution. You will plan, establish, and maintain cognizance of the IS and IT budgets for the AOR which is comprised of multiple funding streams and covers multiple categories of expenditure. You will represent the CIO in official matters and covers grade-appropriate responsibilities of the CIO Support Line in the CIO's absence. You will support the NAVFAC CIO with developing and implementing policies and procedures.
