Announcement will close once position is filled Performs tasks and assists in the operation and maintenance of a variety of recreations facilities and equipment. Tests boating equipment for safe condition and operation; may perform minor preventative maintenance on boat motors (i.e. change oil/filter, fill gas tank) and other boating equipment. Leads small groups in demonstrating and teaching a wide array of recreational activities such as boating, water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, camping, biking, and fishing. Serves as a group leader on Outdoor Adventure Trips as determined by the Leisure and Recreation Program Supervisor. Provides resource information and rules on outdoor activities such as fishing, diving, surfing, boating, and camping.
