Laborer (Pipefitter) Pathways Intern

This is an entry level position in the laborer area and will be assigned to a different shops in the Yard. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Assists Journeyman Pipefitters with a wide variety of pipefitting tasks involved in the construction, repair, maintenance, overhaul and conversion of a wide variety of types and sizes of marine crafts and vessels.. Participates in classroom training. Mandatory training is required which must be successfully completed and other training may occur as necessary for success in the position.
