Information Technology Specialist (Direct Hire)

Analyze and evaluate technology systems to identify opportunities for performance improvement, modernization, and operational effectiveness across organizations. Develop and refine system requirements, technical documentation, and implementation plans supporting all phases of mission activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain technical solutions supporting mission and operational requirements. Provide technical leadership in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system or application issues impacting mission performance. Assess emerging technologies and recommend technical solutions that improve system performance, safety, and operational capability. Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives, policies, and Directorate priorities. Develop and deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to leadership sup-porting informed decision-making.
