QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Monitors the contractors' performance of moderately complex service contracts and functions as a liaison between the contractor, building managers, building occupants, airfield manager, and the Contracting Officer. Performs the administrative duties associated with managing moderately complex services contracts. Develops, prepares, and writes clear and precise Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Surveillance Plans, Requests for Proposal, contract modifications, Independent Government Estimates, and quality standards for moderately complex service contracts. Attends and briefs at post-award conferences and conducts post award site visits to assist and facilitate a successful start to the contract. Participates in the solicitation and award of a variety of moderately complex services contracts, reviews contractor submittals, and provides input/recommendations to the COR Manager.
