Supervisory Civil Engineer

Supervise a section composed of civil engineers and civil technicians engaged in geotechnical design and exploration. Determine and implement procedures and methods designed to achieve effective utilization of personnel. Serve as a technical expert on work performed within the section. Prepare employee performance plans, evaluations, face-to-face reviews, and awards budget.
