About the role

Serve as the knowledge manager for the assigned division. Facilitate the collection, organization, dissemination, and promotion of Division knowledge resources and systems to ensure quick access to accurate and authoritative information by staff. Apply technological changes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Coordinate with the District Library, District Knowledge Management, and Division staff to ensure the availability and accessibility of pertinent industry standards, technical references, and other shared knowledge resources. Monitor the electronic system for storage capacity, backup availability, and recovery, and notifies management of potential problems identified. Serve as primary Records Coordinator for the Division. Ensures official records are organized, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with federal and Corps regulations.
