HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY)

You will serve as an initial reviewer of eligibility for naval service utilizing applicable directives and regulations. You will identify gaps and/or inconsistencies in the application and interview applicants to obtain data needed to complete actions. You will retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, or preparing reports or briefings. You will provide advice, instructions, and interpretations regarding applicants to recruiting personnel in the field. You will enter data into an automated system as required.
