About the role
As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST -Title 32, GS-0201-09, you will perform work of at least 25% in at least two but no more than four specialization areas for a total of 100%. Duties performed support the Army and Air National Guard full-time workforce. This position will be a generalist in at least 2 of the Human Resources sections listed below upon hire: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Provides technical advice and assistance to employees on a variety of programs and benefits. INFORMATION SYSTEMS: Provides technical assistance and guidance to various levels of customers in support of our automated personnel systems, automated records and virtual platforms. STAFFING: Assists with a wide variety of personnel actions and manpower situations. Responsible for recruitment, placement and compensation of applicants.
