Supervisory Electronics Engineer, AST, Electronic Instrumentation Systems

Serves as Branch Head responsible for establishing guidelines and monitoring performance expectations with staff members. Establishes measurable and results-oriented short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives based on the strategic objectives for the branch, directorate, and Center. Provides technical and administrative direction to subordinate employees. Obtains project resources, defines technical work requirements and milestones, evaluates accomplishments, and represents organization and employee work to senior management.
