About the role
Plans, develops, markets, and executes diversified, innovative, needs-based social, cultural, installation-wide special events and community partnership programs to support authorized users of Force Support Squadron facilities and programs. Develops programs and events based on Customer input/feedback and available resources both on the installation and in the surrounding community. Develops and maintains partnerships with various external agencies, businesses, community, professional associations, local colleges, universities, parks and recreation departments, commercial vendors, and national organizations. Writes professional proposals for use in attracting and establishing mutually beneficial cooperative agreements· with on- and off-installation partners. Develops plans and coordinates with other agencies to execute programs, partnerships, special events, and joint undertakings to maximize resources. Assists with the development of marketing strategies, event publicity and promotion
