MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will develop implementation strategies and action plans involving all departments and command personnel to improve process effectiveness and/or organizational productivity. You will manage a full range of administrative and civilian personnel management functions; performing as a recognized authority on personnel actions, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for working several varying projects/assignments simultaneously. You will maintain liaison with management, Human resources and Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) by providing advice, assistance and recommendations on matters that affect Department Personnel. You will analyze interrelated, or management functions such as management controls, work planning, manpower utilization, work methods and projects related to program operations within and/or across multiple naval shipyard departments.
