Serve as the main point of contact for all supply and acquisition functions for pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical device Procure pharmaceuticals such as medications, controlled substances, chemotherapeutic agents, hazardous drugs, cold chain products, and medications ordered on the local economy. Respond to product recall requests from manufacturers by identifying such products in use and in stock. Coordinate with vendors and other sources to manage electronic logistics catalogs. Implement change to meet customer’s needs and handle frequent problems due to sudden fluctuations in hospital population and changes in medical equipment and treatment procedures Perform warehouse maintenance such as relocation of inventory, rotation of stock.
