About the role
Plumbing - Installs, modifies, and repairs new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment such as sewage, water, oil, and gas distribution systems and water closets, tubs, fire sprinkler systems, and showers, and lay out of such things as angles, arcs, and circles. Lays sewer tile, replaces stools, lavatories; and replaces pumps and water meters. Carpentry - Constructs, alters, modifies or repairs a wide range of features in buildings, quarters and other facilities. Constructs storage areas, workrooms, and offices within existing buildings including framework, rafters, joists, insulation, sheet rock, paneling, doors, windows, and flooring. Builds small structures and replaces deteriorated sections of existing structures. Constructs interior and exterior stairs. Installs exterior siding and roofing.
