Program Analyst (Safety Promotion) - DIRECT HIRE

As a Program Analyst (Safety Promotion), you will: Design professional educational products that adhere to principles of adult learning and cover a range of topics such as integration of management systems, SMS implementation planning, safety performance criteria, performance-based decision-making, and reporting of safety data or risk indicators. Guide the application of instructional design theories to analyze, provide recommendations, and implement appropriate educational materials and training projects which may include virtual, face-to-face, and eLearning. Assess FTA Safety training courses and course catalogs for possible revision to align with current Safety Program rules, suggest addition of new courses where needed; and evaluate FTA safety promotion offerings, training courses, and course catalogs for continual process improvement.
