About the role
Serve as the Director of a Human Resources (HR) Directorate of the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). Provide administrative and technical supervision. Direct establishment and issuance of administrative and personnel management guidance for application throughout the organization. Assure proper integration of resources and business processes to meet program goals. Serve as senior representative for operations matters with Office of Personnel Management and higher echelons of the Department of Defense.
